View borders are created automatically in NX drafting by the default settings. If you want, you can hide these view borders around the views.
To hide view border:
- Open the “Drafting Preferences”
File => Preferences => Drafting - The “Drafting Preferences” dialog box will open
- Click on the “Drawing View” on the Left Panel.
- Turn off the “Border” checkbox under the “Border” tab as shown in the figure below.
- Click the “Ok” button to close the dialog box and apply changes to the drafting file.
If you want to remove view borders and make this a default setting,
- Open the template part
C:\Program Files\Siemens\NX\UGII\templates - Start the Drafting application
- Open the “Drafting Preferences”
- Change the border setting as written above.
- Save the template part file and close it.
