Trimming Body on the Boolean Operation

When you combine two or more bodies by using the “Unite” command you can remove selected regions of the bodies.

To trim bodies when combining bodies:

1. Start the “Combine” command.
2. Select the target body and tool body.
3. Turn on the checkbox near the “Define Regions”
4. To trim bodies select “Remove” in the “Region” group.
5. Select volumes to remove
6. The preview will be seen in the graphics window
7. Click the “Ok” to create the united and trimmed body.
